Get Support.
Gain Confidence.
Thrive in Education.
Personalised one-to-one coaching for neurodivergent and international students, helping them navigate unfamiliar education systems, strengthen their study and organisation skills, manage overwhelm and make lasting academic progress.
Understanding the whole student
Studying in another country can bring academic, cultural and personal challenges. For neurodivergent students, adapting to new expectations, routines and ways of learning can feel particularly overwhelming.
Achieve takes time to understand each student, how they learn and where they need the most help. Because every student’s circumstances are different, four coaching packages are available, offering the right level of guidance for their needs and goals.
Choose the right coaching package
Every student begins from a different place. Whether you need help getting back on track, understanding how your ADHD affects learning or developing lasting study habits, choose the programme that best reflects your current challenges and goals.
Getting Unstuck
Four-week starter coaching programme
For students who feel overwhelmed, unmotivated or unsure where to begin. Together, we will identify what is holding you back and create practical first steps to help you regain direction and momentum.
Building Habits and Staying Focused
Eight-week coaching programme
Develop stronger routines, improve your organisation and learn how to maintain focus. This programme helps you replace short-term fixes with practical habits that support consistent academic progress.
Understanding Your ADHD Brain
Six-week specialist coaching programme
Understand how ADHD influences your concentration, motivation, organisation and approach to learning. You will develop personalised strategies that work with your brain, helping you study more effectively and feel more in control.
Thriving and Reaching Your Potential
Twelve-week coaching programme
A more comprehensive coaching journey for students who want to create lasting change. Build confidence, independence and effective ways of working that will support you throughout your studies and beyond.
What to expect from coaching
Achieve provides a calm, encouraging and non-judgemental space where students can talk openly about the challenges they are facing. Every coaching journey is shaped around the individual, with clear steps and practical strategies rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Understand where you are
We begin by exploring your current challenges, learning preferences and what you would most like to change.
Create a personal way forward
Together, we identify realistic goals and develop strategies suited to how you think, learn and work.
Put new skills into practice
Through regular coaching, reflection and encouragement, you will build habits that help you become more confident, organised and independent.

Meet your coaches
Our coaches bring different experience and perspectives, but share the same commitment: to understand every student as an individual and help them develop in a way that feels positive, achievable and right for them.
